We are dedicated to advancing the work of Centers for Independent Living (CILs), Statewide Independent Living Councils (SILCs), and Designated State Entities (DSEs) by providing training, technical assistance, and peer connection grounded in the values of the Independent Living movement to improve outcomes for people with disabilities.
