iLab Cohorts

Facilitated working sessions designed for IL grantees to engage in project planning, reflect on progress, and prepare for upcoming initiatives. iLabs offer a structured yet flexible space to think strategically, work through deliverables, and receive real-time support from an IL T&TA Center.

What’s an iLab Cohort?

An Independent Living lab, or ILab, is an interactive learning session designed to help employees build confidence and skill through hands‑on practice. It creates a safe, guided environment where participants can apply what they’ve learned, explore real‑world scenarios, and receive immediate feedback. The goal of an ILab is to strengthen understanding, close knowledge gaps, and ensure teams are fully prepared to use new tools, processes, or behaviors in their day‑to‑day work.
