- Must pass with 80% to receive a certificate of completion from the IL T&TA Center
Objectives:

Understand the relationship between the disability discrimination and the emergence of the Independent Living Movement.

Learn the differences between the traditional medical or rehabilitation model and the philosophy and concepts of Independent Living.

Recognize the key actions, leaders, and organizations that launched and now sustain the Independent Living Movement.
