- Must pass with 80% to receive a certificate of completion from the IL T&TA Center.
Objectives:
Identify the key components of a high-quality Consumer Information File (CIF) review.
Describe how and when CIFs and Independent Living Plans (ILPs) should be reviewed and updated.
Explain the correct procedures for closing services for an individual and therefore their CIF and documenting closure appropriately.
