The IL T&TA Center offers free, high-quality training opportunities for Centers for Independent Living (CILs), Statewide Independent Living Councils (SILCs), and Designated State Entities (DSEs). Our goal is to build capacity, strengthen leadership, and support meaningful change across the Independent Living network.
