Ensuring that all voices are heard in the development, monitoring, and evaluation of the State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL) is a core responsibility of Statewide Independent Living Councils (SILCs). Yet, many councils face challenges in identifying and reaching underserved populations within their states. This webinar will provide practical guidance, real-world examples, and resource tools to help SILCs strengthen their outreach and engagement strategies.
